Task: Create Service Engagement Schedule
The purpose of the task is to combine all scheduled events relevant to the Service Engagement either defined internally (like Meeting Framework), externally in Capgemini (like financial month-end-closure timetable, last date to submit invoices) or with the Client (like closedown of offices) into one and by doing so support the planning of activities.

As result of all planning activities it’s important to have an overview when activities need to be done. The Service Engagement Schedule details especially the timing of all activities, or things to be done within a Service Engagement. Activities could be executed once during the life of a Service Engagement or periodically.
